The story behind the work

After years of leading analytics and commercial functions across major organizations, one truth became impossible to ignore: data and strategy almost never get properly connected — and the cost of that gap is measured in decisions that could have been better.

Too many teams produce reports nobody acts on. Too many leaders make gut calls because the data was never integrated with strategy into a narrative they could trust. Too many professionals have access to data but not the capability to construct the right narrative from it.
